Food can be both delicious and healthy!

In creating Food Hugs Kitchen, I wanted to create meals that are 1st delicious and 2nd healthy.   Also, a variety of food choices is important.   Every meal should be a memorable event: re-connecting with family/friends, exploring delicious food, and possibly discovering some new tastes.

At Food Hugs Kitchen, we strive to make healthy eating easy and fun.  We’ve tagged our food selections so it is easy to find healthy selections like:

  • Gluten Free
  • Healthy Hug (items with nutritional information)
  • Low Calorie
  • Low Fat
  • Vegan
  • Vegetarian

I’ve also spent time on re-mastering my favorite comfort foods in a new and healthy way; not compromising on taste, but reduce the calories and provide a healthy alternative.  Some the examples are:
